Safari from Nairobi and Ending in Mombasa
6 days Nairobi to Mombasa Safari: Masai Mara, Nakuru and
Amboseli
Day 1. Nairobi - Masai Mara
Pick-up from either The Airport or your Hotel in Nairobi. Drive
to Masai Mara along the Nakuru highway. Descend into the
breathtaking Rift Valley escarpment to Mai Mahiu.
Proceed to Narok Town, have a 30minutes break. Continue with
your Nairobi Safari to Masai Mara reaching in time for
lunch at the Mara Sentrim Camp or similar. At 1600hrs it’s time
for evening safari game-drive in the Masai Mara in search for
Black manned lions, elephants, leopards, cheetahs, buffaloes,
and other plain games - two hours of scenic safari and
viewing a variety of wild animals and birds. Finish the session
at 1800hrs go back to your Masai Mara Safari camp for dinner and
overnight. Day 2: Masai Mara
Day 2 of your Nairobi safari to Masai Mara starts at 0700hrs,
with packed lunch we venture into the wild for a full day safari
game drive searching for the Big Five ( LION, ELEPHANT,
RHINO, BUFALLO and LEOPARD ) the Giraffe, Antelopes and other
animals. Your safari will take you to the famous Mara River and
if you are lucky you can see the migration, Hippos and
Crocodiles. The lunch shall be taken along the Mara River. After
lunch continue with our game-drive until evening then return
your safari camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Masai Mara - Lake Nakuru
After
breakfast leave Masai Mara for Lake Nakuru, reach in time for
lunch at the Sarova lion hill lodge or similar. Have time to
rest and at 1600hrs go back into the park for an evening
game-drive. Chance to see Flamingos, Rhino, Lions and other
different animals. Return to the Lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Lake Nakuru - Nairobi - Amboseli
Check-out from your lake Nakuru safari lodge or camp after
breakfast and head to Amboseli National Park via Nairobi to
Emali, divert right to Amboseli reaching your safari camp/lodge
in Amboseli in time for lunch. After lunch rest until 1600hrs
the go out for the evening safari game-drive. On a clear day you
will be able to see the snow of Mt Kilimanjaro, Gnus, Zebras,
Lions and other animals. Return to the Camp for dinner and
overnight.
Day 5: Amboseli
After breakfast, with your packed lunch venture into Amboseli
national park for a whole whole day safari game drive. This is a
good opportunity to enjoy nature without any hurry. Take your
time and enjoy, you will see the gnu, giraffe, gazelles and
other animals. Take your lunch at the Observation Hill where you
can have great panoramic views over the Amboseli plains, after
lunch continue with your game-drive until 1800hrs time to go
back to your Amboseli Safari camp or lodge for dinner and
overnight. Day 6: Amboseli - Mombasa
After breakfast leave your Amboseli Safari camp or lodge for
another safari game-drive until 0800hrs. Check-out of Amboseli
National park and start your journey back to Mombasa. Stop at Voi
Town for lunch and after lunch proceed to Mombasa, for your
beach holiday. The beach holiday is not inclusive in the price
but we can organize it for you once you give us the days of your
stay at the coast. |
