3 Days Mombasa Safari to Tsavo East and Tsavo West National
Park
Tsavo is one of the world's famous National park. Large
herds of Elephants, 500 species of birds, and diverse habitats,
mountains, river forest, plains, lakes and grassland, Yatta
Plateau, the volcanic Chyulu Hills and Kilimanjaro.
3 Days - Tsavo East and Tsavo West - Mombasa Safari Itinerary:
Day 1: Mombasa - Tsavo East
You will be picked from your Beach Hotel and depart by road
on safari to Tsavo East National Park. On arrival, proceed for
your mid-morning game drive to look for elephants, buffalo and
giraffe arriving at Voi Wildlife Lodge in time for lunch. In Voi
Wildlife Lodge, you experience the real Africa adventure
feeling. Nestled amongst trees overlooking a water hole lies Voi
Wildlife Lodge, an oasis in the vast scrubland of Tsavo East
National Park. The spacious rooms form a semi-circle facing the
water hole, all equipped with electricity. Later continue with
your game drive in the park until sunset to find as well lion
and cheetah. Dinner and overnight at Voi Wildlife Lodge.
Day 2: Tsavo East - Tsavo West
Have an early morning game drive, the ideal time so see a
wide range of African wildlife and bird life including birds of
prey in Tsavo East returning to the camp for breakfast. After
breakfast, continue with game drive in the park on the way to
Voyager Safari Camp in Tsavo West National Park. The Park offers
tremendous views with diverse habitats, ranging from mountains,
river forest, plains, lakes and wooded grassland. Its plains
borders with Tanzania. Voyager Safari Camp is situated in the
shadow of Mt. Kilimanjaro, between Amboseli National Park and
Tsavo West National Park. It is on the banks of Tsavo River,
being fed from the snow capped peaks of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Bird
life is prolific. The ever presence of water ensures that a
diverse variety of game can be seen most of the year round
visiting the river to quench their thirst. Voyager Safari Camp
is a paradise for both wild animals and nature at its very best.
After lunch game drive in the park until sunset. Dinner and
overnight at Voyager Safari Camp.
Day 3: Tsavo West - Mombasa
Have an early morning game drive, the best time to see the
rich birdlife of East Africa and wildlife returning to Voyager
Safari Camp for breakfast. After breakfast, continue with the
mid-morning game drive in the park until lunch at the camp.
After lunch depart back to Mombasa arriving in the early
evening. Transfer and drop off at your Beach Hotel.
