Lion Hill Lodge - Tsavo East
Situated on the edge of Tsavo East National
Park, Lion Hill Lodge is a luxurious place to spend the night
after a day in the hot dust of the African bush. Perched high up
on a hill, the Lodge offers stunning views of the Park and, as
one sits back in the comfortable wicker chairs sipping a chilled
Tusker beer, an elated nirvana is reached.
Lion hill Lodge enjoys great views over the renowned scenery and
wildlife of the legendary Tsavo. Lion hill lodge is conveniently
accessible Tsavo East's main gate - Tsavo Gate in Voi town
Lion Hill Lodge boasts traditional architecture with
makuti-thatched roofs and natural logs. The encampment comprises
of 8 luxury rooms, 4 luxury tents, a bar and dining room serving
traditional & continental cuisine of the highest standards.
All the rooms at the Lion Hill Lodge have solid construction yet
they retain the rural feel with total luxury. The rooms have
double or twin beds. Some rooms have one double and one single
bed. Mosquito nets are provided in all rooms. It should be noted
that being on top of the hill there are generally few
mosquitoes. All bathrooms have hot and cold water with modern
tiling and fittings. Tents at the Lion Hill
Lodge have a unique design and are very comfortably furnished
with its own bathroom with hot and cold water. |
